Designed to conquer city streets, the VW up! fits into parking spaces other cars can’t and gives you the option of an efficient 1.0 three-cylinder engine, a 1.0 turbocharged engine in the GTI, or a 100% electric powertrain in the e-up! Black Edition, R Line and Beats trims are available with the 1.0 three-cylinder engine, with Black Edition models getting 16” La Boca Black alloy wheels and a Black Cube dashboard. R Line models get sporty styling with tinted rear windows, 16” alloys and a lower suspension. Beats models get an 8-channel sound system and a subwoofer in the spare wheel well. GTI models stand out with a honeycomb front grille with iconic red stripe, 17” alloy wheels, tartan seats and a fantastic 1.0 turbocharged engine. e-up! models have a 159-mile electric range and support AC charge speeds up to 7.2kW with a 100% charge taking around five hours, and it also supports CCS 40kW DC speeds (an 80% charge takes around an hour from flat). Near-silent with 210Nm of torque, the e-up! flies under the radar and packs a punch. It also has several handy features, like heated front seats, a heated windscreen and cruise control as standard.
