When you bring your can in to us for a service, our fully qualified technicians CARRY OUT A FREE VISUAL "HEALTH CHECK" on your car.  Any issues of concern will be brought to your attention before we hand back your car, and we will make urgent and immediate suggestions for any safety matters arising.  We consider this to be part of our duty of care to our clients.

 

We offer free use of a courtesy car (subject to availability& terms and conditions) while your car is with us for service or repairs. 

 

CORPORATE & FLEET DRIVERS : 

We are proud of our offering of retail customer service to ALL, including fleet and corporate drivers.... including of course, the use of our courtesy cars if required (t&c's apply).  We handle the billing and authorisation with leasing & vehicle management companies.

 

BODY SHOP & PAINT REPAIRS

We operate a dedicated body & paint repair shop of our own in Porthmadog.  Long established and with years of experience in re-spraying the highest quality vehicles back to their original condition.  Insurance Estimates and all administration is provided from our Criccieth base.

Please REMEMBER : it's your car, and accidents are stressful enough.... so don't let insurance companies bully you in to sending your pride and joy in to an inferior repairer. You are entitled to choose the repairer, so MAKE SURE IT'S REPAIRED PROPPERLY.... INSIST ON REGENT GARAGE BODYSHOP!!
